Please prepare the following documents:

1.     Application form;

2.     One photo (3cmx4cm);

3.     Passport and one passport copy.

＊Please copy the first page (photo copy) of your passport and alien card.

 If you are a visitor in Japan or don’t have an alien card, then copy your Japanese Landing Permission Seal (small and yellow one) instead.

 You can usually get 30-day’s visa to China.

＊ If you apply for a business visa, please prepare an official invitation issued by Chinese government or Chinese company. If your company is investing in China, you can get a business visa by providing the written dispatch letter of your company on which stating your name, purpose of visiting, detailed schedule, type of visa you need (for example, the single type, double type or multiple type) and your period of stay in China.

＊It is still possible for our officers to turn down your visa application according to their understanding even you submit all the documents.
